How iovera° Works

To begin, a numbing agent is applied, either topical or injected, to keep you comfortable during the procedure. Most patients do not experience pain throughout the treatment. l.
Next, your provider gently inserts a small probe called the Smart Tip just beneath the skin. This probe creates a controlled cold zone that temporarily freezes the targeted nerve.
