Jay is a phenomenal physical therapist with a warm bedside manner. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to his patients (young and old) and a wonderful person on top of all that. He listens intently and takes his time to explain and answer your questions so you can understand what’s happening with your body.
Under Jay’s guidance are three highly trained PT Aides. Walter, Jonathan and Faith will show you the proper use of the equipment and exercise routines.  They will patiently guide you through each exercise with encouragement and motivation, helping you to achieve your recovery.
You won’t regret choosing IOrtho Rehab for your recovery treatment, they are a step above the rest.

I had carpal tunnel release with real-time ultrasound guidance in both hands performed by Dr. Montalbano. This was done in the procedure room at the office. The procedure was quick and easy.  There was no pain during the procedure. No stitches were required.  No physical therapy required. Dr. Montalbano showed me exercises for my hands. Advil was sufficient post operation. I am going to try to put into words my wonderful experiences with Dr. Husain yet I know they will fall short from the real, factual care he has provided me with several medical problems. I have not only Rheumatoid Arthritis but also Osteoarthritis and a degenerative spine. For over 25 years I have suffered from daily pain which eventually made me retire from work  before my desired time. I went from doctor to doctor, including pain management physicians, with little to no relief. In April of this year I fractured my pelvis and went to iOrtho. With in office procedures and carefully selected medication, Dr. Husain relieved my chronic pain as well as my acute fracture pain. I felt good. Something I never thought I would say. He has a warm bedside manner. He listens carefully to your symptoms in a non-judgmental way. He genuinely cares for you and spends as much time as you need.

While going through my pelvic fracture healing, I used crutches to keep weight off my fractured side. I started to develop pain in my shoulders, arms and tingling in my hands. I told Dr Husain my new problems on my scheduled visit blaming my crutches use as the cause. Dr Husain immediately said it is not from the crutches or shoulders or carpal tunnel but it is from your neck. I must admit I thought he was off base on this one. He ordered a Cervical MRI and it came back that I had a serious issue with several neck vertebrae compressing my spinal cord which would eventually lead to paralysis and death. I had surgery and my problem is resolved. I may sound dramatic but owe my life to Dr Husain. I had a problem most doctors never heard of but Dr. Husain’s knowledge and understanding of the various systems in the human body and how they work together was my saving grace. There is honestly not 1 thing I can say negative about everyone at Iortho. I have had 4 surgeries in 7 months by Dr. Montalbano and everyone has treated me with such patience, caring and guidance it is extremely overwhelming. From everytime you go to check in you are always greeted with smiles and friendly greeting from the ladies at the front desk. Then whether you need to get X-rays , MRI, see the Doctor. The Technicians and Nurses are so helpful, patient and understanding. They answer all your questions and concerns and keep the Doctors updated and they deserve all the Respect. I deal with Dr. Montalbano and Dr. Husain and both are True Professionals. The Physical Therapy next door are fantastic also. Jay evaluates your injury and the staff are all there to help and are patient and truly care. So everyone at Iortho deserves 100 Stars and are True Professionals for all their hard work, dedication and excellent patient caring skills and will have me recommending them to everyone that God forbid has some kind of injury and needs Professional care .
